You haven't mentioned which exam you want to make corrections. After the application some of the exams registration like JEE have correction facility open so you can utilise that.But that may be a one time facility so you have to carefully fill the details.

With a EWS Rank of 20k, you wont secure a seat in any IIIT, neither at any NIT or GFTI. You should rather aim for State Engineering Counselling, if through JEE Main Scorecard, or apply to many Good Private Engineering Colleges accepting JEE Main Scorecard for Admission and Counselling.
