According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get

as of now its tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year with college.but with your rank and previous year analysis wecan find your possibilities into colleges. you have tough chances to get into govt colleges.neverthless give a try during counselling.

Hi. You can't do anything right now but wait for your seat allotment. Once your seat is allotted, they will ask you to either produce your ews certificate or write an application stating the fact that you don't have an ews certificate and you want to convert to general category.

You will definitely get a seat in last two NIT's(Raipur, Agartala) at AIR 665 till third or spot round based on previous allotments.
