The validity of your EWS certificate is 1 year. If the one you have is 2019's certificate, it would have expired by Apriil 2020 and you will need a new certificate. You haven't mentioned the exam or counselling you are enquiring about. If you can please help us with that,

Hi. I don't think that you can get a seat at this rank. As per the previous year cutoffs, for general category your rank should be within 650 to get a seat in any nit. I don't know about ews cutoff, so you should google it and check.

You can even verify below there will a note of validity even you can check. It will be valid till march 11 2021. Till be your valid.
