According to the previous year NEET UG cutoff for GAM(BAMS),there are chances that you might get a seat.Attend the round 1 NEET UG counselling.Even if you didn't get a seat ,attend the 2nd round counselling also.

No you need not renew the EWS certificate if you already have it for the year 2019-20.Your sister can just attend  the EAMCET counselling and if she gets a college under the EWS category,and when this EWS certificate will be asked as a proof ,you can simply show the certificate
