For getting admission in NIT you need to get a rank within 50k. As you belongs to ews category you have a 10% increments in rank. As lot of candidates belongs to ews it won't make much difference in rank. For the above rank chances of getting admission

No, your EWS certificate will not be eligible for JEE advance registration. The information brochure clearly mentioned that your EWS certificate should be issued on or after 1st April 2022 with the latest guidelines of Govt. of India.
