Assuming you have  open category all india rank 23000 ,   you can get many NIT's , you can get core branches in many top nit's and circuital branches in medium or top nit's .

Apart from that , you can get a good branch like ECE ,

Hello aspirant,

Congratulations for getting good percentile in JEE mains. Sorry to say but you have very less chances of getting admission into any NIT because the cut offs for NITs are very much higher than your rank.

According to your percentile, rank and taking under consideration your home state as AP there is no chance to get cse , ece or eee but you can get metallurgy according to previous year cut offs.
