see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. dtu and nsit counselling is conducts by JAC delhi, however there is separate closing rank available for delhi region candidates and students

No , you don't need to carry your ews certificate to neet examination hall / centre for giving neet examination.

You need to carry only the following documents along  with you to your neet  examination centre.

* Printout of your NEET examination admit card

* Your  passport size photograph
