ews
Dear aspirant,
Many people are not able to show residential proof but that doesn't mean that they cannot make the ews certificate. You can show the electricity bills instead as a proof of residence.
The eligibility criteria for ews is as follows:-
Hello,
The rank scored by you is really good but as you have not mentioned the field in which you are interested and also not any preference so it won’t be possible to give any suggestions of the colleges but as you already know your rank you can easily compare it with the cutoffs of the colleges in which you are looking for admission and accordingly you can decide which colleges have better chance of securing admission.
Thank you..
Hello aspirant,
YES, you can fill a new form again for DU (Delhi University) registration and could apply it with a new Email ID and Mobile Number for the same. But, if you don't have the EWS Certificate at time of registration and if you applied for EWS Category, then what you can do is that you can submit the Self-declaration(or affidavit) form and could submit it in the DU application form. The Self-declaration form for EWS Category will be the proof that you do not have the EWS certificate at present time of the registration and you will submit the same when you will have the new and fresh certificate at the time of counselling.
This way will help you in availing the benefits as a EWS Category candidate.
Furthermore, you can also register yourself as an UR(Unreserved) category as well.
I hope that this will help.
Hi Aspirant!
Economical Weeker Section (EWS category) falls under the General Category, so it is written as Gen - EWS. Also, the PESSAT does not provide any reservation criteria for students of any category.
The admission is purely based on merit on the basis of score/rank achieved.
So, in the form you can fill out the Gen-EWS (if option is available), otherwise simply fill out General category.

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as if you fall under O.B.C category that is B.C-D category so you can not apply for E.W.S category certificate as you fall under O.B.C category as you won't be eligible to claim the quota benefits of E.W.S. E.W.S was bought as a reservation quota for general category not for other castes.
Hope you found this answer useful. Stay motivated stay positive.
All the best!
If we analyse the cut-off scores of CLAT 2021, then the data says that the NLU which was closed last was NLU Sonipat, and it's cut-off for the General category was 2040 rank, with a score of 74.25. So, if you have scored a rank of 2301 this year and have EWS category, then there is a very high chance that you might be able to secure admission in one of the NLUs. So, be optimistic and prepare for the next awesome phase of your life.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!

Hello Aspirant,
Eligibility for EWS is as follows
Aspirant's yearly household earnings within Rs. 8 lakhs per annum.
Their household must not occupy more than 5 acres of farming area.
The residential flat space should be below 1000 sq ft.
General unreserved category aspirants who do not appear under SC/ST/OBC reservations and fulfil the above-mentioned norms can benefit from this.
There is a 10% reservation for this section in schooling and jobs.
I hope it helps.
On such rank in CLAT 2022 you have almost no chances of any of the NLU but you can try for some private law colleges that take admission on the basis of CLAT score because any of the government college like NLUs are tad difficult on such rank
Note that above prediction is based on previous year's data of cut-offs of different institutions and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon the various factors which keeps on varying every year.
So don't assume it as final call. You should appear for seat allotment process.
And you can get all details about CLAT seat allotment process from the link given below :-

You can check out the previous year's CLAT cut-off data from the link given below :-

Also you can predict the colleges on your own using your CLAT score by using CLAT College Predictor which you can access from the link given below :-
