Dear aspirant,
First of all congratulations on securing 94 percentile and considering you would be having the benefit of ews quota. So let me tell you that if I were to go by the previous years trends then surely you would get a seat in IT branch as you would be clearing the cut off.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well. Firstly I'll mention 2020's cutoff score and closing AIR through Maharashtra state quota counselling post the second round of counselling for an EWS category candidate. It was a score of 568 with a closing AIR of 37,187 for a female candidate and again a score of 568 but a closing AIR of 36,989 for a male candidate.
As per the new guideline of the Supreme court , there's going to be a little increment in the cutoff score of states like Maharashtra and West Bengal which were once used be considered as low cutoff states . Also because no new government in medical colleges will be opened in these states from this 2021-2022 session .
The above mentioned cutoffs were post the second round ,so you can expect that the last Candidate who take admission into a government medical college through the first round of state counselling ,his AIR is going to be somewhat the closing AIR for a government medical seat for that state in 2021 because not a lot of seats will be left to be filled in round 2 of counselling.Hardly any seat will remain .
To know the exact cut-offs and the outcome ,we have to wait for the Counselling to commence ,but for now what you can do is decrease the closing AIR by a rank of 3-4k in order to know the probable closing AIR for your category in your state this year because that's roughly the margin by which the closing AIRs increase in the second round of Counselling as compared to the first round . Also remember that this is just an estimation. So , if we go by the above estimate, you seem to be a bit in the borderline but still have a fairly more chances of getting a government medical seat . What I would suggest to you is that , properly go through all the rounds of your state quota counselling and do fill your preferences properly during the choice filling process . Until then you can only wait .
All the best !
Hope my answer helped.

Hi
Since there is very less seat for MBBS and lots of competitors, you may not get MBBS seat at this score. However you must try in counselling, if luck favours you may get one.

Hello,
The EWS quota seats were added to the government medical colleges of Punjab in the year 2019. The Medical Council of India Board of Governors had earlier granted 100 seats for MBBS under EWS quota to the two government medical colleges in Punjab, at Amritsar and Patiala with 50 seats each. That makes a total of 250 seats for MBBS in both these colleges.
But later these were redistributed by MCI, so 50 seats for Amritsar college, 25 for Patiala medical college and 25 for Faridkot medical college.
Hope you get some clarification.
Hello aspirant,
To get admission in ESIC Medical College, Faridabad in your category one need to score atleast 620 + marks in NEET UG exam that also through state quota. But your score is less than required therefore you have low chances for getting admission in this institute.
However you can get admission in private medical colleges in your state and others. But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too which provides you elaborate information regarding the suitable colleges:
