According to the information given in their official site I do not think you can appear for Executive exam in 2022 because the validity period after completing CSEET is 1 year from the day the results are declared. After that the results would expire and have no value. Again

Yes if you are a pwd candidate then you have to show the original certificate at the exam centre because pwd candidate are given a separate room than other students, so the certificate that you have you have to bring both the original and photo copy of it,
