This year, NTA invited applications for NEET UG 2022 only at neet.nta.nic.in (http://neet.nta.nic.in)

And there was no such term as Phase 1 or 2.

The NEET UG 2022 information bulletin too does not mention anything about a two-phase exam.

There is no such thing as NEET UG Examination Phase 2. NTA has already conducted the NEET UG Examination for the year 2022 on 17th July 2022 in Offline mode.
