Previously JIPMER entrance exam was there for admission  to mbbs or medical  courses . It is now replaced with neet ug.

Yes, you can do this.

If you've applied for both B.Tech and B.Arch, then it will not affect you if you don't give the B.Arch exam and appear for only B.Tech.

It isn't mandatory for you to attend both the exams even if you've registered for them. You
