According to me standard maths sharing test might be the name given as you shift from basics to standard level.

Next, Students who choose Basic Mathematics will not be able to study Mathematics in higher grades, whereas students who choose Standard Mathematics will be able to do so.

As you said that you've cleared your back paper in 5th semester, then must've received you new updated marks in the new marksheet. Upload the new marks what ever you got in 5th semester as now there's no point of mentioning the old marks cause you've already cleared it.
