As I have searched the minimum marks which are required at graduation level is 60% marks whereas in 12th class the minimum marks marks required are 50% marks. The candidate must have a study physics chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subject in 12th class.

I'm sorry to inform you but no you're not eligible for neet as you're from humanities (arts) stream as the eligibility criteria says - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and biology /Biotechnology with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board are eligible.
