You cannot change your subject now because your board registrations have already been done and it's way too late to get anything changed. All the registration and admit card process has already been completed and there is nothing anyone can do to change your subject.

i have severe illness and i need atleast 5 months to recover from it will my medical College provide me medical leave and will it allow me to sit in examination (currently first year mbbs student)

No medical college will allow leave for 5 months.

As you are first year MBBS student you must be well aware of 75% attendance rule.

Basically required attendance is 80% and there is 5 % relaxation.

This rule is strictly followed , In case of genuine reason sometimes
