Don't worry ,  If you have provided all the details correctly then nothing will happen and mentioning thumb impression on your admit card  this will not effect you anyway and also it doesn't effect your marks nor your rank , so don't worry about anything

According to your marks it is very difficult to predict either you will get chance for admission or not in government colleges for mbbs or BDS

However you can apply in private colleges for BDS in all India basis
