if i fail plus one one subject for one mark....and after i write improvement examination then also i fail...and in plus two i fail in that subject...then i want to write say plus one and plus two...

As per the question, after writing exam and improvement exam in plus one, you failed to pass similarly you have wrote plus two exam also you failed. So basically in common case you need to write the both exam and pass it.

As you have been absent for the January session of JEE Mains 2020, so you would be a fresh candidate for JEE Mains second session.
If you have filled the form for JEE Mains second session twice than your second form will be cancelled automatically. Only your first registration
