Actually your overall % obtained in class 12th board examination is not considered for Neet eligibility , only your aggregate in PCB is considered

And you have not mentioned your aggregate in PCB i.e physics chemistry and Biology .

Yes you are eligible to get admission in parala maharaj engineering college. The eligibility criteria is minimum 50% in 10+2 and admissions are done on the basis of Jee. If you are taking admission through diploma, then you need to qualify ojee for admission.
