No, there will be no AIIMS exam from this year. There will be no AIIMS 2020.

From 2020, you can get in to AIIMS colleges through NEET only. So to get into AIIMS prepare for NEET 2020 exam. As of now NEET 2020 exact date is unknown but

You have not mentioned your college of interest in the question.

The general eligibility criteria concerning class 12 marks for most courses and colleges varies between 45-60% only.

So, by getting 52% also, you can pursue various courses. For that, you have to give related entrance exams.

You won't be allowed to take any of your belongings with you at your examination centre while entering the main examination hall/room. You will be examined thoroughly. Only you are permitted to take your NEET admit card, 2-3 passport size photos which you've submitted while applying for NEET

There is nothing such mention in the eligibility criteria for UPSC CMS exam. It is just that you must have completed final year of MBBS. no such information regarding internship is mentioned.
