The minimum eligibility criteria for NEET Exam is to pass 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with the following subjects Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Biotechnology. Only PCB marks are considered in the application form. So if you haven't studied Biology in your +2, you can't write NEET.
