Sorry to say you that your form will get rejected. You may appear for the exam but during counseling, you will be disqualified.

You must carry your Hall ticket, adhaar card and extra passport size photos with you. It also depends on the exam to some extent.The details are mentioned on the admit card or the official website.

If she has taken admission in any college band has finished 1st year examination then use code 3

As per the latest guidelines provided on the NTA website, there are no maximum number of attempts, earlier there were a maximum of 3 attempts possible for NEET, but now that has been scrapped, now there is no age limit and maximum number of attempts for NEET, 2020.
