CAT eligibility is actually based on Graduation marks which should be 50% for General and 45% for SC/ST. 10th and 12th marks doesn't play any role in eligibilty. However, with 57 and 65 % in 10th and +2 it is quite difficult to get admission in ABC&K and FMS even

For non-reserved category cut-off is in the range of 98.8-99.2 percentile in CAT score & nothing else. For those who clear the cut-off criteria:
The CAT score (not percentile) gets rebased to 85 (i.e. Your score/Total score (used to be 450)*85).
For admissions 2014 they had scrapped GDs.
Apart from cutoffs, There are various criteria for shortlisting and selection after clearing CAT with good score such as past academic records, Extra curricular activity, work experience etc. In Order to get admission in FMS Delhi, You require more than 98% in CAT Entrance Exam.
