I hope you are doing fine, The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B. Tech Fashion Technology course is a pass degree in Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 in Science stream with subjects such as Biology, Mathematics and Chemistry with at least 50% - 55% marks from a recognized college

No, IDDC does not offer Fshion Designing course as it only provides M.Des, M.Tech and Ph.D. Also, for reference you can go through the below link-

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow offers Bachelor of Fashion and Apparel Design (B.FAD) that is of 4 year’s duration. The fee is around Rs.47,000 per annum. So, the total fee for the course is nearly Rs.1,88,000.
