I am currently perusing with my graduation(First Year) in Fashion Technology. Which books should I refer for my CAT preparation as I wish to appear for it in year 2023?

rajaman9300 Student Expert 9th Jun, 2020

If you have a little command in English then you can skip Wren & Martin and directly start with Word power made easy by Norman Lewis and then can proceed with Verbal ability and reading comprehension for CAT by Nishit Sinha. In the same time you can take help from Time material.

For LR and DI: As you have lots of time hence i would suggest you to start with basic questions like circular =, seating arrangements from any book or any material. You can refer to Logical reasoning and data interpretation books by Arun Sharma.

If you are clear with the basics then you can directly switch to Quantitative aptitude for CAT by Arun Sharma

All the best!!

If you're fascinated in pursuing Engineering, then you can definitely go with diploma stream. The course will be of 3 years long where you will tend to get the glimpse of Engineering and the understanding of the fundamentals, amalgamating theory and lab classes. The distinguished slivers of Engineering incorporates CSE, EEE, ECE, ME, etc... Make sure that you choose your discipline wisely, such that you can stand out among 1 in 100.

On the other hand, if you're captivated by fashion and possess strong skills in design and drawing/sketching, without even thinking you can grab Fashion Technology.
