Fashion Design
Students who have passed 10+2 are eligible for fashion designing course. Diploma in fashion designing is a one year course . candidates who are interested in fashion designing can take admission directly. If we want advance certification in fashion designing it takes nearly 1-2 years.

No actually you cannot do fashion designing along with BTech EEE. To be more clear for you let me tell you that EEE is a very good branch and it really required some hard work if you really want to succeed . This is your first year so
If the creative aspect of design interests you, you may apply for BDes, since it specifically doesn't require Mathematics at +2 level unlike fashion technology, the difference between these two fields lies in the creative and technical aspects.
