A fresher in fashion designer can expect a salary of INR 15,000 to INR 35,000 per monthz depending on the brand and opportunity. Once you gain experience in the field, your salary can go up to 2 Lakhs per month.
For CA, once you clear your final exam you wi be certified as a Chartered Accountant by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The starting salary of a CA fresher is around 7 LPA but with experience of more years, it keeps on increasing.
Both of them have great career opportunities and belongs to completely different fields. So, you must go as per your interest.

First of all, it's very difficult to pursue two course at a time and along with B.Tech, you cannot pursue fashion designing at all. You have to choose either one course only. Anyways, fashion designing is a creative course that you can create out new fashion designs and learn out new techniques and lots more. For that, you need skills such as good drawing skills, creativity, artistic thinking, innovative skills, observations with good detailing and many more. There are diploma, bachelor and master course in it. You need to have secured 10+2 with a good percentile or at least 50% minimum aggregate so as to pursue the course. Admissions will be either based on merit or by entrance exams.

In order to take admissions in btech with CA and Fashion designer you need to give a entrance examinations like IIIT-JEE,BITSAT,VEE.Admission to the college is purely based on merit.However the entrance exam depends on college to college.So you need to check the college's website for the entrance examination name.Moreover some colleges also take admission based on management quota.
