is one year diploma is enough for becoming a fashion stylist????

One year diploma isn't enough to become a fashion stylist but yes you can learn some basic skills. If you want to build your career in fashion designing then you should pursue bdes B.Des. in Fashion Design is a 4-year undergraduate course, the minimum eligibility for which is a Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. The program is spread over 8 semesters, with the final semester being based on the candidate's chosen stream of study.

You can begin your career in fashion designing by doing Bachelor Degree in fashion Merchandising. Several colleges offer two-year degree programs in fashion merchandising, which can provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in the industry.

Classes include the science of textiles, history of fashion, visual merchandising and retail buying.

Certificate in fashion stylist refers to the certificate that you obtain after completing the course ensures that you have knowledge about the work and experience about the working structure. This certificate will come in handy when you will seek employment in fashion industries as companies prefer people who know about the job and has experience in working with tools.

In order to pursue diploma in this course you have to pass 12th standard. The cost varies as per the place you work in.

Fashion stylists, also known as wardrobe stylists or celebrity stylists, are responsible for a crafting and coordinating garments and accessories to create outfits for a client.Furthermore, fashion stylists may dress mannequins or clients for photo shoots and retail store displays. Fashion stylists or fashion designers create clothing and accessories that people of all ages wear.

Eligibility :-

Fashion designers who work for others typically need to have an associate's or bachelor's degree in fashion design.

Designers also need to have some type of experience to break into the industry and gain some recognition from employers. Completing an internship or participating regularly in professional trade shows is one way for prospective designers to showcase their talents to potential employers. Experience needed to work in the field generally requires the development of basic design skills, an understanding of how to work with various types of fabrics, experience with computer-aided design and project management experience.

Well the salary always depends upon how good that company is and how good you work. It may range from ₹30000 to ₹100000 for experienced ones. It is just that as more experience you gain more promotion you will get, be it in any form salary or position.

Hello,
The fe e structure for a diploma in design in nift would cost you anywhere between one to 1.5 lacs per year.
Once you get done with your diploma you can look out for some good internships. Know that fashion industry works on recommendations. Focus on enhancing your skills. Its all about being different.learn the very intricacies of design. Internahips are a good start for a healthy career.
Put some efforts in making some usefull contacts. These might help you later in fetching a good job.

Since as of now you are pursuing a certificate course so its very important to groom your skills and learn the very intricacies of design. Internahips are definitely a good start. with no doubt you can become a fashion stylist.
Know that fashion industru works on recommendations . The more you connect with people, more are your chances of getting hired. Becoming a fashion stylist would do no good to you if you have no work . One way is to seek help from your superiors. Now it entirely depends on how you show yourself during the internship. Its very important to maintain a healthy relationship with your superiors. During your internahip make sure you make as many contacts as possible. This will definitely help you to fetch good work.
Apart from this learn that its all about being different, it should be well reflected in yoir portfolio. Be very vigilent to grab any opportunity which comes your way.
