And also you should have 50% above marks in the 10th and intermediate then only you are eligible to get allotted. Moreover Hyderabad FDDI campus has 330 seats every year so you have more chances of getting allotted in Hyderabad FDDI.

As per your rank it is bit hard to get in fddi since the cutoff for general category was 1to 500 and your rank is far...so that you may not grab a seat in the counselling but don't loose hope try to attend the councelling that may increase your chances

As you have got 1805 rank in AIST FDDI. The Noida FDDI campus is nearer to your place but there is very less chances of getting a seat in Noida FDDI to your rank. The campuses that you can get to your FDDI rank are:

1. FDDI Jodhpur
2. FDDI Hyderabad
3. FDDI Guna
4. FDDI Patna
5. FDDI Chandigarh
6. FDDI Ankleshwar

among these campuses the fashion design stream is very good in Hyderabad and Jodhpur

FDDI AIST 2020: Footwear Design & Development Institute has cancelled the FDDI AIST 2020 which is scheduled on July 26 because of the continuation of the lockdown in various parts of the country and unavailability of exam infrastructure at some places. Following the state and central government guidelines in regard to COVID 19, the institute reviewed the prevailing situation and took the decision to cancel the entrance test as it will be difficult to conduct the entrance test on July 26 due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. FDDI will now prepare the merit list for admission to B.Des based on their aggregate per cent marks in 10+2 exam or equivalent/ 3-year AICTE approved diploma. Candidates who have already submitted the application form need to provide the information as per the revised admission criteria. Students can provide the information using their existing username and password from July 15, 5 pm to July 25, 2020.

About 20000 students appeared in 2018.

congratulations on your rank. As you have got category merit rank 88 in AIST you will definitely get a seat in FDDI Noida undoubtedly. If not Noida, you can try for Kolkata but do not worry as your interest you will be allotted in the FDDI Noida.

Difficulty level of MET 2020, Total number of applicants, Total number of seats available, Previous year's cutoff trends.
