It is naturally going to be high as a percentage, since more than a 1000 students try every year to get in, they see several applications and they filter through categories for the same.
And they try to keep students who reach a certain cut off.LAST YEAR CUT OFF 2017
Non MH general : 92%
MH gen : 88 to 90 %
MH OBC (non creamy) : 85% or little less.
MH SC/ST/NT : Can get as low as 50%.
