Well it depends on you. I prefer  Rourkela for me . Brother it depends upon  your interest in the field.you have to go through everything regarding the field . It is all about your hard and smart work . You have to give your best shot wherever you go .

It is a suggestion but go for the branch of your choice rather than the reputation or tag of a college. Graduating from NIT with a relatively unpopular branch only works in a student's favor when he/she has decided a career path beforehand that does not require an engineering
