You will have to do MBA in Finance to get the position in Finance Manager.
Also for that you will have to give various entrances like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT etc to get admission in top colleges.

You will have to apply for MBA course. Apply for various management exams like CAT, XAT, MAT etc and specialize in Finance.

After that you can work some time period under some supervision to get that experience.

Your past academic records does matter in IIMs.

The path to becoming a financial manager starts with a bachelors degree in a business field such as accounting, economics, business administration or finance. The bachelors degree is usually enough just to get you in the door.

Then with the basics done you will have to opt for management course. You can take up a specialization in Finance you get a stability in career.

But if you have to get into this line than you can think of economics Hons or BBA finance in bachelor degree.

Mba stands for master of Business administration,, it's a post graduate course ,first u shouLd do bba or btech and then u can go for mba....mba can be persuaded by engineering as well as management aspirants ..hopes this helps u..to know more about please comment .
