You will have to do MBA in Finance to get the position in Finance Manager.
Also for that you will have to give various entrances like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT etc to get admission in top colleges.

You will have to apply for MBA course. Apply for various management exams like CAT, XAT, MAT etc and specialize in Finance.

After that you can work some time period under some supervision to get that experience.
