Their are various scholarship plans given by government of india and state govt. First check all india scholarships based on education. Must inform us which scholarship you want to get. In some state merit scholarship is given to student based on their score in board exams such forms are available

Out of two it is better to go for IMT Nagpur. Atleast you get the brand name IMT moreover the placements at IMT Nagpur are way better than ISBM Pune. Also, I would rather suggest you to go for IMT Nagpur only if it is mandatory for you to pursue
