There is no separate test paper for MBA finance. There is a generic exam pattern for MBA entrance exams which usually includes Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, GK, English Language. You might see a difference in the test paper if you appear for any finance specific entrance

Yes, you can apply for CPT as there are no specific criteria for XIIth students as one only needs to pass the XIIth standard to be eligible for it which can be from any stream whether Science, Commerce or Arts.

It would be tough to tell you the exact as the cutoff varies year to year. Based on this score the chances are less to get a seat under All India Quota seats & State quota seats. You can get admission in private colleges & deemed universities.
