There are some popular online education platforms like udemy coursera from where you can get certificate after course compilations as well. For learning purpose you can also use youtube as well.

The minimum basic eligibility criteria is to complete 10 + 2 class level board examination from a recognised board in any stream Arts, Commerce or Science. The candidate must have scored at least 50% marks for getting admission in bachelor of Fine Arts colleges. However the candidate must have studied English or Hindi at the high school level as compulsory subjects.

As per recent UGC guidelines candidates can now pursue two degree courses simultaneously, but the only condition is that one is to be done through regular mode and another through distance mode, hence if you want to pursue two degree courses in english/fine arts then you have to pursue one through regular mode and another through distance learning.
