Can i do BFA that is Bachleor in Fine Arts ,after 10th that is i want to do 3-4 years Diploma after 10th.Is it possible

mail2ankit04 17th Jul, 2020
Hello aspirant

No , you cannot do any bachelor degree just after completing your class 10th.
You need to either complete your class 12th or you need to complete any diploma course so as to get yourself admitted in any bachelor degree programme.

You can go for diploma courses just after completion of your class 10th and then after completion of the diploma you can opt for any bachelor degree programme.

Hope it helps :)

Hii Mridul,

Your percentage of best four is 94.75.

If you are pursuing the course in the same field which was in your class 12th, then there will be no deduction and if you are choosing the different course from your stream then there will be some deduction.

For getting an idea where can you get admission in college, here is the college predictor in the given link

ruchika.chauhan Expert 16th Jul, 2020

Hello

As per the Information Bulletin, 2.5% marks will be deducted if you include Fine Arts in the bets four.

Eligibility Criteria and Combination of Subjects for Calculation of Merit is as follows:

Selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subjects as per the following:

An aggregate of 45% or more in English/Hindi and combination of best three among the following subjects: Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies/ Commerce.

Inclusion of any subject from List B other than mentioned above in the combination of best three will lead to a deduction of 1% per subject on the aggregate.

( To Check the subjects in List B and List A, kindly refer to the page 5 and 6 of the information bulletin using the given link: http://www.du.ac.in/du/uploads/COVID-19/28062020_UG.pdf )

Inclusion of any subject other than those in List A and List B in the combination of best three will lead to a deduction of 2.5% per subject on the aggregate of the Best Four.
