The faculty is amazing. In an MBA program, it's up to the student to read outside of the classroom and the faculty will encourage you to do the same. The case method of teaching helps the students tremendously. It will clear your concepts at the end of the day. Since it is a liberal education, you will have subjects such as sociology and psychology too in the curriculum which is quite useful as it is taught from the perspective of the business world. No other college would be offering this for sure in an MBA program.

Hi Suraj,
The admissions process for Flame University is a comprehensive one, and as such takes into consideration a number of factors such as academic performance in school, performance on the entrance exam, SAT scores (if provided), performance on personal interviews with the faculty and group discussions.
Poorer performance on one aspect can be compensated by exemplary performance on another. The admissions committee takes into account a holistic profile of the prospective students application, but good academic performance is expected.
For more information, please visit the university website .
Hope this helps!

Hi Shashi Kant,
Hitting right at your query from the beginning, I would like to say that out of the many colleges that you have mentioned, according to me, the two best colleges of your lot are XISS Ranchi and Welingkar Bangalore. So I would like to talk about these two colleges only:
Placements:
XISS Ranchi
Welingkar
Highest-13.50 lpa
Highest-13.6 lpa
Average-5.87 lpa

Though the highest and the average package are quite lucrative but there is no report of 100 % placement in both the colleges

CAT cut off:70 percentile
CMAT cut off: 74 percentile
CMAT cut off: 70 percentile

PGDM(HRM):75
PGDM:60
PGDM(RM):75
PGDM(E-Bizz):120
PGDM(IT):60
PGDM(Business Design):30

I have jotted down all the relevant details that you need to know regarding these two colleges. Now, it’s up to you to decide weighing all the pros and cons of these two colleges. The flagship courses for XISS is Human Resource Management and for Welingkar Bangalore campus is PGDM. The percentile cut offs that I mentioned was of these two courses. For the other courses of these two colleges, the cut off for CAT,XAT,CMAT is significantly low.
I hope I have been able to solve your query. Do write to us if you have anymore questions and we would be happy to help.
