With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good
Between jamia and usict , both are equally good. Jamia has better reputation nationally .
For CSE /it/ECE usict maybe better but for core branches jamia is better because of experienced faculty.
New iiits are improving vastly , so they might become much better by the time you pass out
