Eligibility criteria is that you must have passed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/M.Sc or equivalent professional degrees (AMIE etc.) and having a valid GATE score.
As of today's world, anyone can teach online after completing some basic graduation . Even on YouTube, some people who have just entered into an Undergraduate course, have started teaching their juniors, and able to earn via YouTube ADSense. So, for such online teaching, there is no specific degree required.

See it is difficult to determine before cut-offs changes from year to year and may depend on many factors.
You must have minimum 60 percentage if you belong to general category and 55 percentage
