The syllabus for MSc food technology is different for different institutes. Although the general syllabus is:
M.Sc. in Food Technology is a 2-year postgraduate course. Food Technology is the branch of food science involving the processing, protection, preparation, selection, distribution, and utilization of sheltered, nutritious, and healthy nourishment.
M.Sc in Food Technology, mainly deals with the industrial work .
Whereas;
M.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics

Eligibility- : Candidates must have passed 10+2 with minimum qualifying marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as core subjects. Entrances held by the various state, central, and private universities mostly require 50% aggregate marks.
