Contact your college authority as soon as possible. This may create problems in multiple cases like verification of documents during Job/applying for a course. So you shouldn't encourage any discrepancies. If you have correct spelling in your marksheet and incorrect in MCI certificate then it can be a changed by filing up forms and giving affidavit with all the proofs. If overall you have spelling mistakes then also the procedure will be the same.
**See the main thing is you have earned the degree so why will you encourage any mistake? May be you won't face any problem in near future but in sometime else if you face problem then it will be a chaotic experience for you. So contact your college authority and get the norms to fix the mistake.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
