it should be Apostille document. the documents mandatory for appearing in fmge exam is ,
ID proof details - Aadhaar card/Driving License/PAN card/Passport/Voter ID
Class 12 mark sheet

The relevant documents/proofs in support of an applicant, final examination passed certificate must be submitted on or before
this type of details are asking to check the number of attempts have done by the candidate. as per the latest notification there is no restriction for number of attempt that can be availed by the candidates. so the mistake in your form will not be a big issue.

I understand that you do not have a copy of your MBBS passed certificate issued by the Indian embassy but you do possess a certificate issued by the Russian Government which gives you a dilemma on whether or not that document can be produced or not and so
fmge examination is for mbbs passed indian candidates who have done their mbbs course from other countries. fmge exam is for getting licence to become a doctor in india. please follow the below link, click on the applicant log in and give your user name and password.
