Every student pursuing MBBS from another country has to appear for FMGE in order to practice in India. It does not matter whether your college is MCI approved or not, all foreign graduates have to give FMGE exam.

NEET is a National Eligibility Entrance Test is national level competitive exam, which is taken every year for candidates having dream of becoming a doctor. Through NEET score, they can take admission in various colleges like AIMS, KGMU etc.,
The validity of score in India for taking admission in colleges is only one year. Candidate needs to re-appear next year, if they do not want to pursue any colleges this year.
However, for foreign admissions, the score is valid for three years. Candidates can apply to any foreign universities or colleges accepting NEET score within the three years.
As you have appeared in NEET 2019, so yes it's valid upto 2022. After which, you need to re-appear in NEET for further eligibility.
As you have mentioned, you are going to appear in 2022, so if you score well, you can use your latest score for taking admission in various foreign universities. However, for India, it will be valid for only one year.

According to the brochure released by NBE, the candidate should possess a primary medical qualification, which is confirmed by the Indian Embassy concerned, to be a recognized qualification for enrolment as a medical practitioner in the country in which the institution awarding the said qualification is situated.
Hence, a candidate applying for the FMGE exam must possess a MBBS passing degree certificate. Without it, one cannot sit for the exam.

Copy of Passport
Copy of MBBS passing certificate certified by Indian Embassy
Copy passing certificate of Class 12th
Copy of internship certificate
Copy of 12th mark sheet
Two recent photographs
Copy of address proof - PAN card/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport
Equivalence certificate - from the Association of Indian Universities
Eligibility certificate issued by the National Medical Council

There is eligibility criteria that you need to fulfill when you apply for Andhra Pradesh State Quota:
You have should have domicile of Andhra Pradesh, which proves you are a local candidate or belongs to that particular state.
If you didn't fulfill any criteria you are not eligible for state counselling in Andhra Pradesh.
