No it is not necessary to do both B.Sc and M.Sc in forensic science in order to get into CBI.
In order to become a forensic scientist candidates must complete class 12 with basic science or maths. Candidates are required to complete their graduation with science/ math/ forensic science/ biotechnology/ pharmacy ( or accordingly to college and recruiters) .
Post graduation isn't necessary but it's always an advantage to have a post graduation degree.

The Kakinada Aditya degree college is one of best institutes in the whole Kakinada of offering the course of forensic sciences in detail. The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Forensic Science at Aditya Degree college of Kakinada is a three-year full-time undergraduate programme.
And, according to the Eligibility Criteria, any candidate who has completed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) with a scientific stream, or any other examination recognized as equivalent, is qualified for the course.

Sorry to say but Bachelor of science focused in forensic science is not offered in Andhra university. Also, there are very colleges/universities in which this course is offered.
Mostly the courses offered in Andhra university has Masters degree or post-graduation degrees so B.sc course is not available in Andhra university.
See, these two universities offers Bsc in forensic science so you can refer these if you want to study forensic science only.
