see its not mandatory to have biology in 10+2 course to study b.sc in forensic science. candidates belongs to pcm or pcb streams are allowed to study b.sc in forensic science. but the eligibility criteria may differ college to  college. for example,

lovely professional university b.sc in  forensic science eligibility criteria is candidates must Pass 12th standard course  with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
