The forensic science course is a combination of law and science together. Forensic science can be learnt from the undergraduate level. The undergraduate programme is for three years, after which the student is provided with a B.Sc. degree.
Eligibility criteria

For Forensic Science UG Courses

Forensic science students need to ensure that they pass these criteria before enrolling for the course:

• The applicant must have completed their education at 10+2 level from a recognised board.

• A minimum of 50% at both 10th and 12th level is expected.

• The student has to be from a science background.

For Forensic Science PG Courses

These are some of the criteria the colleges look into during admission:

• The student must have completed both 10th and 12th from a recognised board.

• At the 10+2 level, the student should have obtained a minimum of 50% or more.

• The student should have a science degree from a recognised institute.

• A minimum of 55% at the undergraduate level is expected.

For admission to the masters program in cyber security domain , candidates will have to complete their graduation in Cyber Security or information technology or computer science or relevant field with at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination which may vary institute wise from a recognized university/institute. however since you are from forensic science domain, in many of the institute you will not be eligible to apply.

however gujrat forensic sciences university offers m.sc in digital forensic and information security , which is of two years duration course. eligibility criteria is candidates must have completed graduation course in electronics, forensic science or mathematics or relevant discipline with computer forensic from a recognized education board.

A forensic pathologist must first earn a bachelor's degree, then a medical degree, either an M.D. or D.O. Extensive additional education and training is required, including four to five years of training in anatomic, clinical and/or forensic pathology and a one-year residency or fellowship in forensic pathology.

You must opt Science in Class 12th with the PCB. You must hold an MBBS degree from a recognised medical college. After MBBS, the candidate can go for MD with specialisation in Pathology. B.Sc in Pathology followed by a Master's degree can also help candidates to pursue a career as a Forensic Pathologist.

BSc Forensic Science is a 3-year graduate course that involves the application of scientific knowledge for the investigation of crimes.

• Minimum Eligibility : 10+2 level of qualifying degree from a recognized board.
• Admission Process : Admission in this course is offered generally on the basis of entrances, but few colleges also have the facility of merit-based admission.
• Top Entrance Exams : JET, Amity JEE, LPUNEST, and other University or State level Entrance Exams.

Some colleges like Vivekananda University take in students directly on the basis of marks in Class 12 Boards exam.

And lastly NEET is not required for admission.
