I assume you are asking about kcet . see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. you did not mention your category score , however since there is only two

Sirsi College of Forestry accepts KCET score for admission to its B.Sc Forestry course. The cut offs for a seat in this College in 2019 have been as follows:

General Merit: 3028

SC: 9651

ST: 4996

OBC: 6769

Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year.

You must have passed 12th from a recognized board. In 12th, you must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology . Without studying Biology , you can not take admission in this course.

I would suggest you to go for BSc agriculture as it is broad subject course and forestry is a branch of Agriculture. Bsc agriculture is an undergraduate course of 4 years. It has wide scope in India and has no risks like forestry.
