It is difficult to get B.Sc Forestry for your KCET Rank,  though you have not mentioned the Category you belong to Category and I have considered it as General Category and gave information related to it, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get free seat then try for Management quota seats.

You have scored very good grades. If you secure a rank within 4000 for a safer side, you may have a chance to get B.Sc forestry in good colleges, perhaps even top colleges in Karnataka. Forestry college and research institute, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore offer Bsc, Msc, Phd courses. Duration is 4 years. With 8 semesters. Course curriculum is provided by TNAU. Admission for UG and PG is offered on the basis of last qualifying examination and no entrance examination scores are needed. Candidates who have passed 12th examination from recognized board are eligible to apply. For admission process students have to apply on their official website http://tnauonline. In. Then candidates need to register themself, by filling details and uploading necessary documents. Application fee is 600(300 for SC, ST). Selection process is done through online counselling .

College have good facilities of library, computer centre, NSS, health center ect. College also have various scholarship levels at ug, pg,phd level.

For Bsc, fee structure is 40,000 ( first year) .As it is government college other fees are also affordable.

For admission in MSc FORESTRY, students are  required to clear the entrance test. Some universities / college do not have Entrance exam and give admission on the basis of academic performance and Personal Interview.

If you give an entrance exam, you have to register, fill an application form,  submit all required documents and pay an application fee. Prepare for the examination based on previous years papers.

For merit based selection, you need to submit an application form to your interested college. Moreover, you need to have a good score in Bachelor’s degree exams. According to cutoff lists, you should check your eligibility and submit all required documents.

Eligibility criteria for MSc forestry:

• Any candidate with a bachelor's degree in forestry or equivalent from a recognised institute is eligible to apply.
• The candidate must possess at least 50% marks in their graduation degree.
• 5% relaxation in marks will be provided to the reserved catehory candidates

Hope you are doing great ! Here is the eligibility criteria for bsc forestry . BSc Forestry eligibility criteria requires a candidate to have a class 12th or equivalent diploma from a recognised board and a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination . BSc Forestry Admissions 2022 is done on the basis of Merit as well as Entrance exams such as JCECE, ICAR Exam etc.

Also you can do without having agriculture quota .
