With your rank you could get a seat, but the chances are quite uncertain. Still you have a probablity of getting a seat in the category but still the chances are uncertain.

You could look for other college outside Hyderabad then you might get seat.

It is quite impossible to say whether you get free seat in any of the top b pharmacy college in hyderabad with eamcet rank or not... As cutoff changes every year and it depend on many factor

Firstly, there is no provision of free medical seat by any government medical institute for any category. The cutoff and the fee for reserved categories are less compared to general, but free seat provision is not there.

Also, competition this year is relatively higher than the previous year.
