At a neet score of 555 you have chances at government quota seat in telangana and andhra pradesh counselling as the cutoff is around 480+ and 500+  but also as this year cutoff has increase significantly.

It would had been better if you had mentioned your domicile so that we could predict the chances for that particular state quota seats. However for All India Quota seats, you have chances for private colleges and deemed universities. Government college chances are not quite high.
