As per your question, according to your rank in KCET and as per free seat eligibilty in CSE branch honestly you had low chances to get this seat. But don't worry you may get colleges as per your rank like :-

As per present pandamic situation it's little difficult for you to get government seat in SIT in CSE for your rank as the rounds will be less and cut off also be less. You may get or may not be able to government seat
